On April 12th and 13th we will be at the 18th edition of “Marca” by Bologna
Fiere.

For those who do know it yet, Marca is the only Italian event entirely dedicated to the commercial brand.

We at RDS Food, who have been working for twenty years to bring excellence to large retailers, certainly couldn’t miss this appointment!

Large-scale distribution specialists and incurable food enthusiasts, as we are, will browse the stands in search of new ideas and inspirations.

Of course we will be present in the pavilions of the food sector and for this edition we will participate alongside one of our emerging partners, Euro S.p.i.d., a manufacturer known thanks to its innovative products in the beverage sector and other vegetable products.

In particular, we will present Acquafaba, a chickpea water that can replace egg white in every recipe!

This innovative product contained in an elegant brick will fully enter the wishlist of every vegan and not only. 

Anyone who has a preference for anything that is “vegetable” will appreciate its qualities and versatility.
